Ok , so that dang Rat is gone. This guy looks nicer. I think we keep him and kick that Kat to the curb (discard).

We only need 4 experience points to level up to full health, so that is good news!

We can get 4 points by finishing Card 5, we only need someone to claim ... There is a religious item on the cover of the book

Also, some great news about our SQUARE- card # 3... We can use title, author, series, non-trivial character, translator, and narrator. I might be doing some re-arranging to finish that card sooner than later.... I'm tired , time for happy hour yet???

I completed The Paper Magician, which is only good for a #1 in series.

ARGH!!! Ok team, I think I'm going to try to attack the Greater Sewer Rat... I should have done it before completing that last card as it would have then rejuvenated our health. However, not being a psychic I didn't think we would get a yuckier monster. :(

So! I'm going to splurge and have to buy a healing potion after the first attack. I should only have to buy one, but then we will be at low health until we level up our hero again.
We need to keep playing in order to get better for tournament play next week...

I'm having trouble submitting card one. I'm not sure if it's a google thing or my internet.... it's raining here today, so it's probably that.

If Poongothai can pop on and put in both of Coreen's books before I return from the store, we should get another card. Otherwise I'll try later... rain should stop soon...gggrrrrrr!
