1. A paranormal retelling?? of Jane Eyre - this prompts the question about the original or let's call it the "source for inspiration". What is your relationship to Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë? Have you read it? Loved/liked/disliked it?
I read Jane Eyre a bit back. I loved Wuthering Heights but the other Bronte and hopped they would have similar vibes. I was both right and wrong? Overall I liked the story but did not enjoy the process of wading through it lol.
2. What about Retellings? Is it a genre you like/avoid?
I'm a sucker for a retelling. Mostly dark romantasy versions but I'm open to expanding my mind :)

Makes sense to me. I’m working through A Little Life, which is fairly chunky. It could be a good defense book for us or them :)

Have we decided how we will offer a supply drop to district 7? Should we volunteer to do a quick read for their benefit? Or is it something we can use for a category, as well as their team?
