You would use Sweeney as this is the first letter of the surname.

For Spellout you can ignore The, A, An if needed and with hyphenated names it is how they appear alphabetically, which in general is the initial of the first part of the hyphenated word.
A little over 5 days until we begin and frantically tryng to finish up April books.
