I thought it was weird, so I just went to my kindle & typed in the name and it was there, like normal.

Undead Waltz begins straight after Undead Heart, so Grier is still slightly devastated by the events of the previous book but is slowly coming to terms that she may have dodged a bullet with Boaz's betrayal, but still can't stand Amelie and may never get over her BFF's betrayal.
Linus moved to Wooly, so Amelie could move to the Carriage House, so Grier doesn't have to see her all day and night. And a Coming Out (as Dame Woolworth) Ball is recommended by Linus to find out more information about Grier's heritage and maybe what happened to Maud.
We have archers attacking both Hood & Linus, vamps attacking Grier, Lethe is becoming the new BFF, Neely sends dress & accessory info & makes a surprise appearance the night of the Ball, to do face & hair, Woo Hoo.
Is it the Vampires? Is it her family? Is it someone else? What happens at the Ball?
Loved how close Grier & Linus are becoming and how Grier is learning more about her magic.
It qualifies Mandy, it is listed on top shelves as witches 1 person. And yes it is listed as all the ones you mentioned, and wouldn't have been allowed for any of those ones.
For top shelves it must be listed exactly as the shelf announcement.
