Steph, you're not linking the reviews or the shelf call properly. If you hover over the above shelf call, it doesn't go anywhere. You need to add the back end of the shelf you want to link to the some html part (after .com it should look something like /shelf/show/cozy-mystery and the same for the SOS bookshelf .com/group/bookshelf/33903-sos-serious-overload-of-series?order=d&per_page=30&shelf=mystery-suspense&sort=date_added&view=main) whatever comes up in the address bar.
Hope that helps.

The Sea Wicche Chronicles is a spin off of the Sam Quinn series, first book The Slaughtered Lamb Bookstore and Bar. This new series is set in the same world with cameos from some of the characters in the original series.
Arwyn, is a half wicche and half fae, who is being pressured to join the Corey Witch Council, as she is the most powerful wicche of her generation. Her Gran & her mom are the other 2 Councillors.
She really doesn't want to join as her magic is very hard on her. She has visions but also takes on the emotions and injuries of the victims she sees. She is asked by a detective to help in a missing child case, she also finds out a Corey wicche has gone to the dark side ie become a sorcerer, and Declan is an alpha and she can't read him like she can everyone else.
Declan is a lone werewolf who shows up to do come construction on her art gallery, namely the deck which is over the water.
The other players in this story are the 2 starfish & Cecil the Octopus, and Herbert the tennis ball throwing seal.
This was an excellent first book in the new series, and also the original series is also still going, so more to look forward to.
