I’ve recently seen a few books tagged as horror that to me, someone who likes to read a gory, creepy horror, don’t read (blurbs) as scary.Ex:
Maybe you’ll find something that’ll fit and be more inside your comfort zone 😊
Happy almost August, y’all!
Yeah, anything with same H/h vs changing couples' HEA would be UF + Romance, for sure,, not PNR. I really enjoyed her Demigod series. And, thought Magical Midlife was a fun read, too.
Hi everyone! Thanks again to all who played in our 25th round of BSB. Your feedback on this round is, as always, appreciated and will be taken into consideration for future rounds. Just a quick head's up: Our "how to play" and rules pages have had some revisions. Most are things repeat players will already be aware of, but will be helpful for any newbies to know.
Of note for all, I wanted to make clear, going forward:
Throughout the game, if a player must drop out, we will do our best to find that team a replacement player. At times, that's not possible; in those situations we will likely allow a team to continue with fewer players. However, if a player must leave the game during the week of a potential winning shelf announcement, no replacement player will be asked to fill their spot, which will disqualify the team from winning.
If you'd like to read through the rules pages and our FAQ list, they can be found here:

🫶🏼Thanks for your feedback. I’m glad to hear the mix was helpful and made choosing books a bit easier. I will try to continue that type of setup going forward.
Congrats to both teams who read it out till the end! Another great BSB round!I’m really grateful we continue to have so much enthusiasm for BSB. Thank you all for joining us, sticking with us and returning to us time after time. Y'all are the best!
Since this round was the first featuring both shelf links and categories to make your own choices, I'd love it if you would leave your thoughts. If it's been a hit, I'll try to continue with that style going forward. If it was a miss, I still might, but I'll mix it up a bit, too. 😏 Thanks so much!

Sorry you're having wifi issues. That's the WORST!
T11 has won this round. Thanks for being our captain, Debbie. Thanks for sharing all the great reviews, ladies. As always, my TBR has grown. 😆
