"He never told you?" Ugoki asked.
Etsuyo ran up to Orihime's side, causing her the jump. She whispered an apology then asked: "What's going on here?"
Orihime's head turned back towards Ugoki. "She says Sora's a murderer." She wasn't really in denial but she just couldn't believe Sora would do something like that.
Ugoki smiled slyly, her thin lips curling upward evily. "He shot the entire school."
Etsuyo's eyes widened. She remembered what Ryu told her: 'The entire school was shot at, myself included. They never found the culprit.' 'Sora-kun? There's no way...' "You're lying." She meant for it to sound more sure-footed but it ended up sounding like how a mental patient would announce their diagnosis for the first time.
Ugoki let out a small laugh. "Am I? I'm not the one who had my memories erased."
Shock was the dominant emotion once again on Etsuyo's face. 'H-How did she...' "How do you know something like that?"
Another small laugh. "You didn't know? Then I'll tell you. The former ring..." she started, just as Ryu rejoined the group, "...Was powerful. SO powerful, the US government declared it could destroy the entire capital building, pentagon, and pretty much all of the northern US with a single flick of their fingers. And they ordered the Japanese government to execute them."
Orihime's mouth dropped. 'All this happened to us...because of a superpower like the US?'
Etsuyo gathered herself and appeared apathetic.
"And they tried. One battle, 1,000 agents against 20 Elementals. The Elementals won. But their numbers were significantly weakened: only five of them were left. So they began to look around town, to find anyone who had powers that had even partly matured. Then they found you two murderers."
Etsuyo didn't get why she was grouped in with the murderers and opened her mouth to ask but snapped it shut after Orihime put her hand up.
"Then they erased your memories so they could use you as soldiers with no feelings, something the army had been trying to do for centuries. But the amber alerts were out for both of you and just after erasing part of your memories, the police burst in, guns in hand. I'm not sure what happened next but the ring was disbanded and you two rats scurried away."
'So that's what happened,' Orihime thought, looking at Etsuyo with an apologetic gaze.
The helicopter continued to sound overhead where no other words were spoken. The FBI agents grabbed everyone, including Etsuyo who let herself be caught. 'All this...all because I'm an Elemental...'
Orihime fussed and kicked and tried everything to get back to Sora's passed out form. Finally, the men just tied the two of them together. Orihime still pouted like a two-year old not getting her way, though.
Ryu glanced from behind the trees. He bit back a gasp as he saw everyone being tied up. 'I have to do something,' he thought. He finally pulled up his sleeve and gently touched the giant tattoo on his arm. The dragon's eyes glowed white. "Akio," he whispered. The glowing eyes turned orange then stopped and he put his sleeve back down. 'Now only to wait a bit...'
<=P well, ur guys have 2 stay tied up but they can struggle =P i guess u can c the charrie development. u'll get 2 c ryu's power! ^^ yes, he is an Elemental. Which i will explain the groupings for elementals later. Ryu's the know-it-all 4 me! ^^ and no, he's not going to bad side.>

The bright afternoon sun dimmed. Etsuyo looked up in shock. 'The only one that could do something of that magnitude is...' "Sora-kun," she whispered.
The clouds began to block the sun, their usual white color turning to that of grey.
"Sora-kun, daijoubu?" Orihime asked.
No answer.
The look of horror on her face was unmistakable; her feeling of guilt clouded her judgement. Her right hand, the hand not holding onto Sora, tightened into a fist. 'He's doing all this for me. He's risking his life for me. He's going to...No, he won't.' She wiped horrible thoughts from her mind. 'I can't just sit around and wait. I can't be useless. I'll help Sora-kun, then he won't...' She stopped, horrified of going back on her previous tangent.
She pulled out her key chain. 'Now it's my turn to protect you, Sora-kun.'
Ryu kept up the pace behind his sister. 'What's going on?' he thought. There had been many things he had been through: shootings, foreclosures, prisons, even a gang fight. 'Something of this magnitude...' Every cell in his body screamed trouble.
'Hi,' Orihime called from her thoughts. 'Fire Storm.'
They had finally arrived outside, Orihime having to drag Sora out. A large version of the star, this time black and red, appeared beneath the group of agents.
"Come with us, little girl," the man in the black suit coaxed, his hand outstretched: welcoming her.
"Jigoku ni iku," she growled.
The man straightened up. "Execute them."
Orihime wasn't about to let that happen. The balls of fire fell around them, their trails like the long tails on kites. 'Yes!' Orihime silently celebrated.
Etsuyo saw the large scale magic from far away.
"What the hell is that?" Ryu asked from behind her.
"No idea," she answered simply, picking up the pace.
The balls of fire suddenly stopped. 'What the...'
"Hello, Orihime-KUN," Ugoki emphasized. "I never imagined you would become friends with such lowlifes," she told her, her face one of utter disgust.
"W-What are you..?"
She laughed, almost as evily as Kisaki. "That boy you love right there," she announced, pointing. "Is a MURDERER."
