"Random hybrid? Cacao? Pretty please help me? I don't really know much dragons here, so I'm just gonna follow you." Mudblaze said, trailing after her.
"Cacao! Okay, totally important, remember me and Sicro and Moonlace from the medical wing? Yeah, well, we're gonna need your help finding a scorpion that made Sicro go there, but I feel like you know that already. Also, hi random Mudwing-Icewing hybrid, I'm Mudblaze and I love chatting and foxes, plus I could use some help cause Moonlace left for A WHOLE SEPARATE ADVENTURE PROBABLY and left me alone with poor sick Sicro and nobody else!" Mudblaze said loudly. "Okay, I know I'm supposed to whisper-shout that, but seriously. It's something to say loudly."
"Okay! How about this! I'm like, the quietest I've ever been now! Betcha can't even hear me!" Mudblaze whisper-shouted.
"Oops! Sorry! I'm usually awake now, I thought everyone else would be too. But this is also totally important, so I'll reduce my volume to normal-slightly-super-little-raised, how about that?"
"You there! Random Skywing! Have you seen Cacao, healer's son, a Rainwing, with glasses? I'm on a totally important secret quest and I need to find him. Also, would you mind helping me on the thing? There's a bad guy in here who brought a killer arachnid and we're looking for one, so tell me if you have any sinister friends who are super sneaky to interrogate." Mudblaze yelled.
"Okay. So it's been a while, and I'm starting to think Moonlace got wound up in her own crazy adventure, and that total villain who brought the scorpion is still out there, so I think I'm gonna have to continue the adventure without her, and find Cacao. I'll be back, like, so quick I'll be all 'Hey, I'm back' and you'll be all 'Wait, you left?' So yeah!" Mudblaze said, talking slightly faster than normal.

Seagrass entered and began eating a strange blue fish. Then she wrapped it up in seaweed and went back to her cave.
Seagrass woke up. "Hungry. I'm gonna get something." She mumbled.

"That's cool. I haven't seen anyone do that trick with hammocks. Most of the Rainwings I know only sleep on half of it." Corpse said.
"Ahhhhhh. Fruit bat, right? Hey, you're part Rainwing, are hammocks considered beds? You're probably gonna say that's a dumb question, but seriously, all the teachers are blabbering about how no questions are bad questions or something."
