I'm reading and I'm enjoying. Has anyone read this series?

Vinity - I'm so disappointed in Jim Butcher... I guess he cracked up. I should just try to read stand alone books. Although I just finished and loved it!

Reading and enjoying although it did take me awhile to get into it. Has anyone read book 2?

- Is everyone excited about this? I usually love everything Ilona Andrews... they can do no wrong but I'm really not thrilled about this book. I don't like Hugh!! I guess I'll have to wait and see....

Happy Book Worm - I agree with you about the Andrew's "Edge Series". How could they drop that series!!! The publishers are idiots!

Vanessa - Happy Birthday to your grandmother!! She is amazing!! My book club started with several friends that liked to read and it's growing strong. I really like it because I'm reading really good books that I would never have picked up on my own.

I picked Ready Player One for my book club. I hope I like it...

I'm getting excited about the Blackdagger Brother series again with all the good comments on The Thief but I have to read The Chosen first ... or do I?

KSM - LOL... re confusion with Anthony Ryan & Mark Lawrence. I loved Anthony Ryan's Blood Song. It was excellent. Thank goodness I didn't purchase the rest of the series... it went downhill (imho). Some people I guess would like it but not me. I'm an HEA girl.

I'm afraid to read Mark Lawrence. He's a good writer but I don't think he likes the HEA's.

I'm reading the second book in Belcher's Golgotha Series The Shotgun Arcana. It's good so far.

I picked up Three Parts Dead off my TBR pile and wound up really liking it! It's very different and it took me a while to warm up to it. Loved the characters! I'm now reading Two Serpents Rise. It's with different characters but I still like it. Each book in the series is $2.99. Good price and good quality!

Loved Burn Bright!! I couldn't put the book down. For me, it was much better than the previous Alpha and Omega book. I'll pick up Lake Silence next.

Vanessa - I read the first two books in the "Gentleman Bastard" series and they were excellent. However, with the long wait for the next book I've lost interest... Maybe HBO will take over! :-)
