5.8 Birdwatching Month

Winter is a tough season for our feathered friends, with food often being scarce. Many bird conservation charities encourage laying out extra food for birds at this time of year, and January in the UK sees the annual RSPB Birdwatch, which gets enthusiasts across the country to gather data on how garden bird populations are faring.

5.5 'Tis the Season to be Festive

As beautiful as fairy lights are, they seem to be a perennial nuisance! Blown bulbs, tangled cables... maybe we'll take a break from wrangling with uncooperative lighting and read a good book to calm down for a bit. The tree will get decorated... eventually.
