That might be just any HOLIDAY, or the HOLIDAYs would have to be the same, per description, etc. ..."
If I understand, your question is can the generic term HOLIDAY be used in place of a specific holiday, like Halloween or Thanksgiving? If that is what you are asking, the answer is we need a specific holiday.

Plurals are fine, as long as both words are plural.
Or something not on the list, like: prince, prints?
Styx, sticks?"
We have to stick to the list because of the wording of the task.

Yes, I see the bird flying and the tree branch.

Correct, it would need to be two different holidays, like in your example.

You're welcome, enjoy! I'm going to check out your selections because I am a cozy mystery fan myself.

Would this combination work for option D?
The Christmas Clause - MPGs Cozy Mystery, Mystery, Christmas, Fiction, Romance, Holiday
A Midwinter's Tail - ..."
Absolutely!

I'm using In the Company of Cheerful Ladies by Alexander McCall Smith. He's one of my favorite authors.

I'm sorry, the bird is fine, but I don't see anything identifiable as a branch.

Since I was planning to use the ebook, and the top paperback has 144 pages, it sounds like I would be fine?

Book 1: Duck the Halls
Book 2: Snowflakes Over The Starfish Café"
Christmas - Cozy Mystery; Christmas - Romance - you got it!

I am not sure..."
Thank you for the suggestion. I checked and it's not available through my library, also not a genre I prefer to read. I read pretty eclectically, but avoid Thriller, Suspense, and Paranormal if at all possible. I have Cozy Mystery and Historical Fiction.

I put this book on Reserve the other day, and now I can't remember what task I had it earmarked for. It's an epic Viking saga, and when I Google the main character, it appears he died C. 890. Does this work?
