2059 No problem. Some of the interviews with BoB pilots published years ago in the magazines are online at www.thehistorynet.com, such as Galland, Rall, Hrabak, Steinhoff, Wolf Falck, Hajo Herrmann, etc. These are abbrevaited versions, the book has the full interviews.

I should think so, Adam Makos and I have been selling well together also, as we have two interconnected books.

2059 FYI, several senior SS officers, even generals, such as Bittrich, Steiner, Hausser et al, all told Himmler that they would not allow their men to participate in any unwarranted killings, unless the criteria was met by the Geneva Convention of 1929. FYI, Bittrich opnely call Himmler "an idiot" for even thinking such a plan was a great idea. Steiner told his men that he would court martial nay man who killed a civilian, and there are plenty more examples. I am writing a book now about all of this.
2059 Egon Mayer was joined by Georg-Peter Eder in developing the head on atack method. Mayer was with Eder in JG-2 at that time, and they then held a special school for fighter pilots, sanctioned by Galland, to teach this method in the classroom. Some of the best graduates of that school then did the "practical application" exrecise, in a real mission. pass or fail was often a deadly event. Eder went on to shoot down 78 aircraft, with 36 being confirmed four engine bombers. He was shot down 17 times, wounded 14 times, and scored his last 12 kills in the Me-262 jet.
2059 My book Night Fighters explains the Allied rationale for not bombing Auschwitz, which was the same rationale for the Soviets not rolling into Warsaw during the general Uprising of 1944.
