I won this in a Goodreads giveaway. Not a fantastic book but not bad. Lots of interesting information about the human brain and our behaviors.

Good although scary alternate World War II setting. It isn't a violent war book--good read!

I read this one on my flight today--quick read but nice follow-up to Stargirl.

I also noticed you've read Vonnegut. ..."
Thanks for the tips on Vonnegut--I'll check those out.

The second in the Percy Jackson series. Another good YA series to get into. It helps me brush up on my Greek Mythology.

Not his best work, in my opinion. Several people that I know really liked this book. I just couldn't get into it.

Satirical look at the presidential election process in the United States with Jesus Christ as a candidate for the Divinity Party--pretty funny and interesting read.

If you like golf fiction, this is a pretty good book featuring Walter Hagen and Chick Evans.

This book was so well done. It is very sad, and covers a period of history (WWII) that is painfully sad. So well written, characters are well develo..."
I agree!! This was a fantastic book. Have you read other books by Chris Bohjalian? There are several very good ones--Midwives, Before You Know Kindness are some of my favorites.

Yeah, you probably want to stay away from this book unless you REALLY like the author. Fast paced, quick read but pretty lame.
