Goddess Fish book tours is aMAzing! Their packages run between $45-75 and they're hands on. I tell everyone I know about them :) And I agree with others - you don't really get sales from blog hops but the exposure, leap in ranking and discoverability is really great.

Ou can also have a few paperbacks for display and sell ebooks at the party. Bring a card reader and an ipad. On another thread the author printed the redemption codes on bookmarks. Not sure how they're generated, though.

I just set up my fb accounts - one under my pen name and an author page for my pen name. I needed them separate from my personal fb page so two new accounts were the way to go. It was fairly easy and I don't foresee any problems.
