Congrats on your sales and book progress - I'm totally jealous lol. I'll be lucky to recover from jet lag much less start Blaque Beauty #3 lol. It seems like you need a staycation!!

Wish you have seen the wonderful wall of China !"

Prakash I would have loved to but I was smart enough to pull a muscle in my back a week before I left - ugh! That trip wouldn't have been possible but it is first on my list for October of next year for sure. Talk about a marvel of human engineering!

Nicole Locker also did the royalty split. Also fiverr and other third party producers are less expensive than ACX.

201765 Sounds great. I'm a romance author, if that fits your audience feel free to email me here: (view spoiler)

201765 Way to go, El!! I know you'll do well. I already have your titles but am looking forward to the next roll-out :)

Consider publishing some gateway short stories or novellettes - no pressure, great experience, keeps you sharp and a great magnet for future fans.

Ahhh!! ACX is the production platform for Audible (owned by Amazon - surprise!)

You pay ACX when your audiobook earns royalties. Otherwise you're only paying your narrator (either upfront or a 20/20 profit sharing split).

So, technically, you can get your title on Audible ith no money down, the same as Amazon and Create Space.

Love this idea - and the fact that they're bookmarks makes the brand connection even cooler!

Thank you, Erin. My dashboard shows the number of times my audiobook has sold but there is nowhere that I can find that shows royalty amounts. That's what I'm looking for."

Yeah, you'll only get royalty numbers once a month :(

They pay quickly and regularly once a month via direct deposit.
201765 Congratulations to you on both ventures!!
My sis is in a similar boat and decided to combine both ideas into a total lifestyle blog. This is one reason why authors should ALways grab their own name as a domain even if they have no immediate plans to use it. Your name is you which is ultimately your brand.

Also where can I purchase the bookmarks? They sound divine!

As for the techie stuff I'm totally in love with bluehost and wordpress and volunteer as tribute ha ha. I'll be out of the country in July and don't know your timeframe but can help you up to and afterwards.

Email me night or day at (view spoiler)

Your breakdown isn't very detailed with ACX as with Amazon. You know how many of each type of sale but not the sale price, which varies by membership level. You'll have to wait for your monthly report for more info and that is not very detailed either...

*waves hello*
Homepage
Your titles (at the top of the page beside "logout")
You will now see your sales on the far right of the page. Beneath this number you'll see your dashboard/sales reports link.

Let me know if this didn't help.
