I'm a slow reader, but I usually managed to get through a book a week. I'm lucky to get through one a month at the moment.

We have limited space for actual books. There are some in the attic and some in the wardrobe and another full book case. My daughter prefers paperbacks, I find that I read more if I've got it on my phone. The phone doesn't hurt my hands either, holding a book can. (I'm falling apart!)

Yep that'd do as well.

Now that is a great cover. Well done RL!
Alex wrote: "I know of one answer too, but I'm hoping it's something beyond what I suspect."What beyond being a nutter? I mean-here's two identical things this one is quicker and cheaper than the one that will cost you way more and take forever to get to you...

I don't think it helps to under sell yourself. As I've said before I have two sets of friends. One that won't download anything that has a price tag and another bunch that are dubious of the quality of anything without a reasonable price tag. But I shouldn't comment, with a few exceptions, pretty much the only time I sell a book is when one of my friends who didn't know I'd written one buys it.

I know. It does make it look unavailable because that's what I heard people do with products they don't have in stock. Keep the listing but raise the price to something no-one would be willing to spend. Odd.

You've got one there for $3000 Carole. And Wolfen yours isn't even available yet? Well I'll be confuzzled then.
£19.84 for mine. Or £6.99. Bargain lol.

I've seen this on other products. But not noticed on books before. I don't understand the reasoning behind it.

And why pick my book? I'm the only one who's bought it. Just as well, found and error on the first damn page and have reissued it again for the zillionth time.

No-one. I repeat no-one is going to buy a copy of Modified for £19.84 plus postage. Not when it's really £6.99.
And lol at Turkey the country not the bird. Not bought a turkey farm then Carole?
I can imagine pulling a fast one and claiming to sell it cheaper but why bother with an over inflated price?

On the flip side, I've put this on another thread, re the paperback version of my book, someone is offering it on Amazon for a £13 mark up on the sale price I've set, with postage on top of course. Why?

Oh OK, now this is odd. Has this been explained before? I know for a fact I am the only person to buy my book in paperback form. Yet it is being advertised for sale under the other selling options for £19.84 +£2.80 P&P. My paperback is available on Prime for £6.99. Why is some random person in the UK saying they'll sell it for that price?

Some people have too much time on their hands.

Yeah there is that. I quite like my freedom!

Am I OK to nick the cover picture to put in a blog post?

Emailed you Carrie.

It's just not warm enough yet...
