201765 Oh yes. A four year old could design a better cover than I could. I went to Fiverr.com. And used oliviaprodesign. You can get an ebook cover for a um fiver from any number of designers on there. I pay a bit more for the paperback the source files, unlimited editions and a premium picture. It was £32 but that was with the extras.

201765 Just don’t give up. My calendar says it’s US tax day coming up. So could be. However it’s school holidays here still. I have no idea if that affects anything. (Must do my taxes ugh)

201765 Nice crunching sound as the needle went into the eye too. (I’m only saying that to annoy anyone who is squeamish because I’m evil lol)

201765 I like those. I’ll catch up with everyone in a while.

201765 Off topic. My eye has been injected. I did not die.

201765 Any time then share it here.

201765 Good luck with it Nancy.

201765 No prob. I haven’t blogged anywhere else in months. I suppose I should set up another FB author page. ARGH

201765 It looks a bit sparse but it will have to do for now. The ebook has the sign up when there are new releases and gender neutral author bio with a link to medium (which then blows the gender neutral bit for science fiction out of the water). The paperback just has the author bio.

I've had it now, I need a holiday.

201765 Good luck Anita.

Just following the Alex Carver format for back matter because it looks good.

However, at this stage, I'm inclined to leave links to the erotica out completely. This would mean I don't have an "also by" entry. What do you think?

201765 It really is just going to be things like incest, rape for titillation (actual term used), under-aged sex, bestiality (excluding werewolves and the like) and necrophilia (excluding vampires). Radish have also taken a stand on kicking out one-shots and PWP. The last two are a matter of taste. The rest are standard guidelines the trad publishers use.

201765 Has anyone had anything removed yet? Mine are still up. As I followed guidelines issued by an erotic romance publisher I don't expect them to vanish but I guess you can never tell.

201765 Thanks Erica.

201765 She is amazing.

201765 Oliviaprodesign from Fiverr. She's very good. And seems to always have 45 jobs in her queue. Very fast and very affordable compared to what I thought I'd have to pay three years ago.
201765 Gotcha.

I'll take a mixture of both. (Although I'd prefer someone to say "don't worry, I'll sort it all out for you." Because that's definitely going to happen! Oh look my eyebrows are now on the top of my head.) Sympathy is great, but problems will still be there unless there is a solution. I'm very tired. I hope that made sense.

201765 Alex wrote: "Surprisingly, most of the trouble came from the college kids not the pimps or the drug dealers. "

That's because the pimps are already breaking the law and don't want to risk getting caught by adding more trouble. A small number of trouble maker youths haven't learnt they're not invincible yet.

201765 Thank you. She's very good. I'll leave it a bit and if I don't think of anything else I need to do, I'll accept it yay.

That's the PB one.

201765 I think I'll look into that this time. I've left myself more time to get the book out.

How does that look?
