we have some of our children's books on audible :) chose the voice artist through Fiverr and worked with a friend that manages all of the uploading etc... :)

I would be interested in participating. I could do a paperback giveaway in Canada or US. Have you had much luck driving sales through Facebook? We have struggled with getting any real interaction.

IMO it's always worth it to have as many different versions of your book as possible. Once you pay the costs of paperback formatting, $50-150 you never have to do it again except for maybe minor changes. If you only sold 1-2 books a month, used them for giveaways or promotions it is well worth it. A well formatted paperback copy of a book is priceless. I have kindle, paperback, hardcover and audio versions of my kids books. It doesn't cost me anything to have them available. I make very little off hardcovers, like a $1, they're more expensive to buy but they still sell.
