Thank you, Alex. It's hard living so far away from him and we reunited just 10 years ago and have only gotten together 4 times. Not enough. He had open heart surgery 20 years ago. I want to see him. I NEED to see him and hug him. It's hard Thank you for your good wishes. Hugs

Hi All, I'm sorry haven't participated or supported the group. My mind is on my Dad. He had cataract surgery on one eye last week, a painful back procedural test yesterday (for which we have to wait one week for the results), and is having cataract surgery on the other eye next week. I've been trying to be positive on FB and Twitter. I mean every word I write, but I'm scared and crying. At least I can hide that on the internet.

Thank you for your understanding, Alex. Hubby took my broken tablet to a few places and it's not fixable. I know all the books I bought and downloaded are in my Amazon account, but I can't even read and post reviews of those books. I haven't done much reading over the past couple of years with my physical and emotional pain but was ready to start reading again. I can only read hard copies of books until I can get another tablet. I know I could download the Kindle app on my phone or laptop, but neither would be comfortable to read from. Again, I'm so very sorry I'm unable to help out. I will as soon as I can. Huge hugs.
