My pleasure, Sam and Alex. Once I do use it, I'll let you know what happens. I noticed the other day that I already have 2 sales through Ingram for the new edition of Fibonacci even though I haven't done any promo at all so far. True Death is now available through them, too.
I have been pretty bad at promotion so far. I used BargainBooksy three times last year, once for each of my Howard County novels. I got great results for The Fibonacci Murders and less great results for True Death and Ice on the Bay, but some sales for each book. Now that the cover redesigns are done for the first two, I plan to run additional promotions for them. I'm also toying with using IngramSpark's promotional tools. If you release your book through them, you can promote it to their large customer base (bookstores and libraries) through their newsletters. It costs about $100 as I recall, but you do get good reach for that.
Oh, that's an extra-special win for me, because that's the "Forest of Giants" prompt from which I took the name for my Medium series and forthcoming short story collection, The Realm of Tiny Giants.
Thanks, Ted. I must have just missed them. I was looking maybe an hour ago and they hadn't posted anything about it yet. Think they'll catch all the way up, or stop with May? ;-)

I can see why they picked that one. It was very nicely done.
I only entered one story in February 2018. I understand why they picked that week's winner over mine, but I'm rather surprised mine didn't at least get an honorable mention. I thought it was pretty clever putting an orca in a mobster's swimming pool as a warning. ;-)
The Indies Unlimited Editor's Choice winners for February 2018 (!) have finally been announced. Congratulations to Alyssa Devine (Ted's "writing partner") for her first win!

Trying to restart my blog: Rummaging Through the Past, the story behind my short story "The Wish" (with a "friend" link to the story on Medium so everyone can read it).By the by, I'm trying out a web-based tool called Buffer for scheduling Twitter and Facebook posts. Has anyone else used this or a similar tool? Just curious what people think of the options, if so. Thanks!
Thanks, Anna. Probably you and Alex are right, as it was the same size on the Fibonacci cover, I'm going to take it as is. I doubt that detail will cause too many problems or confusion. At least, I hope not. . .
