201765 Carole,

Letting you know that I'm in! Thank you for all of your efforts for Indies!

201765 Yessss! Every "little" achievement is a major victory to an obscure Indie author. In hindsight, I wish I had self-published cold turkey rather than with an independent publisher so I could see daily detailed sales reports at Amazon. I have no idea if I've sold any eBooks through out venue, but that is not the point with me. I'm thrilled to be part of this festival. I do believe in the ripple effect, so every single purchase and subsequent review for my latest novel keeps me going. I'm appreciative of this group which has Indies at heart!

I'll start promoting once the sun comes up a little more. Good luck today everyone!"

Woo hoo! That's terrific!

201765 Last night one of my Indie author friends and I shared the FB event post. Now, having gone there and having read the above comments, I see it is best to promote the event using our NavigatingIndieWorld link which I did this morning and will continue to do throughout our event. Each day I've been posting the event on my timeline and three promo groups. Here's hoping all of us get a little love with some book sales.

201765 An Enlightening Quiche by Eva Pasco

Contemporary Women's Fiction

An Enlightening Quiche by Eva Pasco

Augusta Bergeron: Dysfunctional. Deceptive. Demure. More than meets the eye at face value, and stuck in a holding pattern, the town siren engages in reckless behavior she attributes to maternal abandonment until she eggs-humes her mother’s quiche recipe.

Lindsay Metcalfe: Pedigreed. Privileged. Proper. Mourning the recent death of her mother, the historian-in-residence hailing from Boston, sets out to preserve the legacy of an impoverished mill, but gets more than she bargains for when taking a self-centered adolescent under her wing

Their alternating first-person narratives relate how an heirloom quiche recipe and baking rivalry between two bosom buddies redress misconceptions, misdeeds, and malicious intent—all of which wreak havoc in altering the lives of those affected from the fallout of a tragedy.
