Thanks, Carole. I hope you're having a nice time, wherever you are,..."Thanks, Alex- I am having a blast! Hope you are all recovered.

Good for you, Alex. I'm out of town and will have Brittney take care of it when I get back. She's off this week.

so frustrating, Sam. I hate when things don't arrive packed as you expect.

Answers are always the best things- then you can start doing things to speed up recovery or have the tools to make thing easier. Hope it happens for you, DJ.

I'm glad you're beginning to get the support you need.

Let me know where to send them. I have a bunch of books.

Everyone's got it in New York, Simi. Feel better soon.

Thinking of you, Sam!! Wishing you a speedy recovery, too.

GREAT article DJ. People are so judgemental. They are so busy with themselves they don't look at what's inside. I wish we lived in a more honorable society and people wouldn't go right away to the assumptions that someone is taking advantage or drunk..

Just cold here. How are you feeling, Alex?

You're not alone. It's getting harder and more limited to promote. All of the less expensive or free ways to market are all but gone. My mailing list is good for wiping my nose (I'm being polite).
Amazon's model is to choke out all the free enterprise (the indies). I put one book back on KU and it is being read- but the money is horrible. It wasn't worth the time it took to write and then promote it. I'm sad to say it. Every time they did something to smother the indies, I pushed back. You know, this week my company is working the Sundance Film Festival. I remember when those indies were considered the refuse of the film industry and now they are not only making money- but respected as well. We need an indie book festival.
