She's a genius. She made them sexy and did it without much of any budget. Show you the ingenuity of people willing to work at it. I am so proud of our group and how we all pulled it together. It was a breeze working with professionals dedicated not as much to the work as to each other and our combined success.
It's a great book. Erica gave me a serious case of the chills. All the books in the series are terrific. It is fun to see all the diverse interpretations of one little town in Georgia.
Please everyone- support the group and purchase a Kindle copy of at least one of the seven authors. Spead the word.
This is actually a little bit of an experiment for all of us. We are testing if it is more productive to publish this way- In fact, Bookworks is doing a two-part spotlight on us for exactly that reason. Woo Hoo!!
It is not against group rules as far as I know. I think people have to choose what is valuable to them, and what is not. I know I looked into sending one of my books and chose not to follow up- I don't remember why. I look at tons of sites advertising all sorts of things every day. I am fine with being a forum where people can post services and an author can decide whether they want to pursue it. I want to add that we are not endorsing or vetting any services here- It's an open forum.
It's easier when you can do everything in one spot- but they do say, that Imgram is the largest distributor in the world. I actually sold more mass distribution with Createspace, but made much less.
I think you can't have the same ISBN for expanded dist on KDP and Ingram Sparks. KDP sells it's wholesale ( mass distribution) books on Ingram so it's just duplicated. If I want to do KDP mass dist- I do one ISBN for them and a separate one for IS. If I am just doing mass dist on IS- then I use the same ISBN for both KDP and IS- does that make sense?
