OMG hahahahahahaha. That's is EXACTLY what happened to me. I went and saw Avater and they showed the preview for Percy Jackson and i was like sooo gonna see that and sooo gonna read the books lol. Now i just gotta find them ;)

I'm planning on reading the Percy Jackson series too. I wanna time it in with when the 1st movie comes out. I've also read the first 2 Wicked Lovely books. Idk, they weren't exactly my cup of tea. I found them too dark, but who knows, you may enjoy them.

Have you read the Vampire Academy series?? That's my fave series
Um... Wings by Aprilynne Pike and Lament: The Faerie Queen's Deception by Maggie Stiefvater were excellent (well, i thought so lol) faerie books, if that's what you're after.

I also just finished Intertwined by Gena Showalter. That was really good. It has everything. Vampires, werewolves, ghosts, etc. And it's got romance ;)

I think i will check it out. It's on my to-read list. Has been for a while lol

Um, actually...wen u put it that way, it's like that a lot. Nothing happens until towards the end and then things pick up pace and then well sorta...end. I hope/ think the next book will be more exciting. I still liked it though.

It's kinda slow to start off, but then things pick up. I own it too =) I got it for Xmas.
