Personality: Guarded and street smart, but not afraid to show emotions. He doesn't make friends that easily, but once he has them, he never lets them go. He is rash and impulsive, and is easy to like, even if he doesn't think so. Likes to think that hes cool and hip, and to be honest, he kinda is. He has a good fashion choice, and is a bit vain about how he looks.

Likes: Running, item collecting, speed eating

Dislikes: Being caged or restrained in any way shape or form

Weaknesses: Can be too prideful, and can get into an argument over the smallest thing. Can't stay on task for too long, and will easily become distracted

History: At age 13, he was on a family camping trip in Alaska, when his mutant powers came out. His family woke up to see him running over the surface of the lake, and dodging through trees at an impossible speed. They sent him to The School for Gifted Children, and he trained there under the X-Men. After a while, he learned to unlock all of his other abilities. He had a relationship with X-23, and they split apart after a while, but they remained close friends. He set out on his own after a while, and gave himself the name Turbo. After an accident where he ran into a power plat to save some workers, he was severely injured, and the X-Men put him in a medical wing. After 2 months, he woke up, and discovered that because of the accident, he had new abilities. When he ran now, his body was writhed in blue and silver lightning. He could create tornadoes of pure electricity now, as well as his original tornadoes of air. If he ran in a tight circle, he could transfer the lightning around his body to his fingertips to shoot lightning from them, so he started wearing fingerless gloves. He set back out on his own, and joined the New Guardians of the Galaxy (Frey's Crew), trekking out into space. He ran in the Race of the Cosmos, coming in fifth. After that, his name was spread through the galaxy, and he lived on another planet for a while. At 16, he re-ran the Race of the Cosmos, and came in second. After that, he was a famous speedster throughout the galaxy. He joined a band of speedsters that called themselves The League of Lightning, and saved a few planets with them. After a while, he left the League on good terms, and returned to Earth. There, he formed his own team called Alternates. He also left that after a while, leaving his friend who could control the earth in charge. He stopped his crusade and hung up his mantle, but soon after returned, not wanting to live a normal life. He saved New York from an evil speedster, and was celebrated by the city. He set up residence there, and teamed up with the New Avengers.
