When I say choose a market is basically saying who type of people do want to buy your books. Who are you trying to reach? If you need help I can help you break it down and focus in on a specific target.
PS: Have you begin writing the project yet? Any ideas or notes or thoughts you put to paper?
 broken power
broken poweri fell in love with her powers
her magic became my distraction
from finding who was really meant for me
yet, i knew love was blinding
so it was like i kept rewinding,
a time i knew that
had no relevance,
it got to the point that
around this human i lost passion
to thrive in my creative nature
it was on that day love turned me cold
because the consecutive lies had become old
thank god nature saved me
and now i love me

You have to find your market and see what they are interested in. I started with quotes and brainstorming notes but not everyone begins that way. We all have out own creative process so you have to find what works best for you.
After you've researched and found your MARKET. Then you want to start writing a little each day. That's going to be the challenge is getting your thoughts onto paper and at first it may seem hard but I PROMISE you that if you stick with it you can do it.
I don't want to give you the next steps until you completed these because they are the foundation to creating a book and getting it published. Create an idea or story of how you envision your book to flow.
Great screenwriting tip: Try to break down each scene piece by piece so that you don't overwhelm yourself. It's great to outline each act which should bullet-point the scenes and how you plan to navigate the story.

Great screenwriting tip: Stick to the format. Use the standard screenplay format as a template and just plug in your story. Don't write a screenplay on Microsoft Word without using the screenplay template or some form of screenwriting software.

Some other great books that I really enjoyed were, Think & Grow Rich and Rich Dad Poor Dad. You guys should check them out if you haven't yet.

Wanted to create a fun challenge. Drop a story only using four words. This is just to get our minds flowing, while learning to write without thinking too hard. Ready. Set. GO!

An amazing book that I believe that all human should at least read once in their lifetime is The Alchemist. It really shows the power of our dreams when we continue to strive and never give up.
