Hi NancyJ! The old threads are still open if you want to use those, I know we had discussed it when first announced .
Can be found here and here,

No worries at all! Just took the page count off your the edition on your bookshelf, thanks!

Also wow the search function... just changed my life.

Thanks, Marcos.
Jenna - as Marcos said, you can read ANY book you want. You just need to choose a country to compete for, and then any book you read, regardless of whether it's a book for this group or not, record here and earn points for your country!

Hi John - as long as read in between the dates on the first post, feel free to include them!!

Yes! Current plan is to do it once a year, and will likely have it running during a similar time frame as last year, a sort of "back to school" challenge.

Currently in the polls - you should vote for it =)

Thanks, Marcos! Agree with the total.

Hi GRB - can you please include the book that you read? And make sure you're on the last comment page? The group total is over 260,000+. Just want to make sure the total is correct here...

It's funny because I had the exact opposite reaction to Hailey. I thought she was very realistic; I know people like her, people who have reacted like her, and I rarely find that person portrayed in books as accurately as the author did through Hailey. I hope her character is eye-opening to those who don't believe there's a "race problem". Agree with Sarah's commentary on this, that she represents a different kind of ignorance, one that believes there is nothing wrong with their behavior and can't get out of their own head when confronted with a different perspective.

Just read it on your recommendation... raising a glass as well.
