Mordecai held onto the reigns tightly.

((Kk!))
"Do you mind grabbing a rope to steer the horse around?"

Mordecai had her lift him up onto the horse, then he pulled himself up the rest of the way. He wrapped his hands around the reins of the horse so that he was secure.

"Definitely. It's been way too long."

Mordecai wheeled himself out toward the stables, with Belle following. He was finally okay enough to start doing more physical stuff. In the past few months he had built up a lot of upper arm strength, and now he was going to try to ride his horse again. All he needed help with was getting on it.

((Time skip?))

"Belle, this isn't your fault, okay?" Mordecai took the soup from her and ate some of it. "I'm gonna be just fine, don't worry.

Mordecai came into the room just as she finished talking. "Hey." Kit followed the warrior, who had insisted on pushing his own wheelchair. Mordecai's entire legs were wrapped tightly with thick bandages, making it obvious that the burns were nothing small. He looked up at her. "Thank you for the food."
(Wanna do a time skip in a min so that Mordecai is no longer 'healing')

((Sorry I had Comic Con then went to Colorado I've been so busy! I'm free now though YAYYY!!!!))
Mordecai sat up. "Did they give us a wheelchair?"'he asked Kit, who nodded. Mordecai had regained the movement of his entire arms, which had only been from the sedative potions they had given him. Kit helped Mordecai into the wheelchair and took him into the kitchen.

Kit stood in the corner of the room. There was something pulling at the back of his mind, something triggered by killing that woman. He looked at Mordecai, "I'm sorry I couldn't do more to prevent this." Kit sat down on a bench.
Mordecai tried movie his arm to reach out to Kit. His hand twitched slightly. "It wasn't your fault. You killed her, I should have..." Mordecai coughed painfully. It sounded like there was some liquid in his lungs. "I should have been more careful."
Kit stood up and sighed. "You need to sit up straighter." Kit adjusted the pillows behind him and propped up his head, so it wasn't just falling to the side. "And you did what you thought was best, and saved many lives."

"Yeah." Mordecai coughed. Kit came over and helped him sit up. He propped Mordecai's head up.

Kit reappeared and followed her. He laughed quietly. She went into Mordecai's room, but Kit stood outside the door.
Mordecai saw her enter. "Hi." He croaked. His mouth was dry and he was hungry.

Mordecai laid in his bed, both exhausted and restless. He tried to at least move his fingertips, but nothing.

"No you can't." Kit made himself disappear to her eyes.

"He invited us here. That's why I'm laying on his sofa."

"Mordecai needs you. He invited you here." Kit layed down on a sofa.

"Yeah. I'm fine." Kit sat on a luxurious chair.

((I was just busy--now I'm gonna eat dinner and watch a movie))
"You guys can stay here for the night." Mordecai went to his room, thank goodness it was on the first floor. His house was massive and intricately designed, obviously passed on through generations on Knights.

Kit nodded. He hadn't said anything the whole time they'd been in there. He pushed the wheelchair back to Mordecai's house.

Mordecai hugged her back. He was exhausted.
