185 Amazon's description of Zeb by Lonzo Anderson - Adele's suggestion:
- "In this adventure story set in Colonial America of the 1680's, Zeb's family wanted land of their own to farm, so they planned to move to the unsettled territory west of the Delaware River. Sent ahead with his father and older brother to clear the land and build a cabin, Zeb is stranded alone in the wilderness following an accident while crossing the Delaware, and he has to battle to survive the winter with only his hound dog, Rash, for company."

If you're searching with Google, I'd suggest excluding Percy. For example:

What did the sea monsters/ creatures look like? Did they have special powers?
185 Jessica, I tried to remove the spoilers from the topic header, copied a few book details, and added a spoiler alert. Feel free to edit it.

What else can we add to the header? Who is the female lead?
What happens early in the book?

185 Soph is still looking for this book:

" YA Mystery book about two girls with interconnected stories, one who’s brother went missing and the other one dies saving him

I read this in about 2014/2015, it was by an Australian so I believe also set in Australia, very YA, themes of mystery and suspense. The book is told from two different girls perspectives, one of them is an art student who’s younger brother got kidnapped when she was watching him and she can’t stop crying. the other girl lives with her grandma or aunt or something and both of them happen to go on a holiday to the same place where one girl used to live. The girl who was an artist is a sculpter and names a sculpture echo. The crying girl goes to this town and stays in the house that the other girl used to live in, and when she lived there as a kid she was friends with the next door neighbours kids and then one day she went there and the whole family had died like i think murder or something, and when she was at the house she hears a voice asking if she wants to choose another path and then she runs out. So when she goes back she goes to her old house where the other girl is staying and they become friends and talk and then the other girl finally stops crying and they talk about the voice and different life paths or timelines and then it ends with the second girl finding the brother and the woman who kidnapped him and she gets killed saving the brother and it ends at her funeral and the other girls brother is back with the sister safe."
