161682 Salem clinched his jaw tightly and his knuckles turned pale as his fist tightened in pain. He was left defenseless. He had no other choice but to give into her demands. Even though it wasn't a horrible demand and would have ben rather rud eof him to not want to do so in the first place, but now he felt like her lesson really was a lesson. Life gave you pains that you never felt like you could handle. You would bare weight that seemed too heavy for you and no matter what sometimes pushing through wasn't the solution but giving into it all and simply letting things be. It was a valuable lesson in growing up that he was only beginning to feel the full consequences of learning. "Okay....I'll say sorry....Stop...Please." He truly was begging for relief now like someone with too much debt pleading for a loan that will never be able to be paid back without interest. Salem felt his entire body wanting to give in to it all but he knew he had to accept that there was no letting things go once you grew up. Once it happened it seemed to remain without the intellectual and adult choice to seek help when it was needed most. He managed to stand proving he could take the pain, behind gritted teeth of course, and he could accept that apologizing for his own misguided actions was the only course to be taken at this very moment.

161682 As the hunters left Ash turned facing Florence, "what bothers you, Florie? You look ill. I promise the worry is over for now we both have a chance to live and push for higher goals than ourselves. We both share somethign that few others can even imagine. We have aduty to not just a small Coven and afew hunters, but the entire world of mortals, hunters, Witches, and even the cursed and Familiars. We have a world to save and this was the first step and possibly the hardest to take as most first steps are." He tried calming her sensing that something was bothering her. He didn't like it and it made him nervous to think such a thing could bother him at any point in time now, but it made him even more worried than nervous for Florie. He had to know what bothered her, but he would let her speak in her own time. She was friend he had know right to use magic against her and force it all out.

161682 Salem felt a pressure on hsi throat as she stepped back. Her calm appearance worried him. Only someone who was insane would switch to someone so calm after being someone pissed. Her smile put him on edge as the pressure on his throat grew and spread quickly like fire in his body it worked through him and at first he grabbed at is throat trying to ease the pain his eyes locked on hers and unable to look away. Once it spread he felt himself curl up and faall to his knees in pain. It was like major cramps mixed with fire in his veins. He felt the burn and his muscles tightened, "Stop...." Was all he could manage. He had a horrible pain tolerance that was mostly non-existent this was not something he would be able to take..."Stop..." He pleaded of course in pain everyone sounds like they are pleading. Salem felt the burn inside of him and it was like a thousand knives stabbing from the inside out.

161682 Stefan smiled rather pleased. Sure only moments ago he would have been rather dying for eternity than have to face ehr again, but he manned up and was getting his old self back together. He watched Queen bound off and Ciara walk back toward her vehicle. It seemed like he would just want to sleep the entire ear away and wake up with her in his arms. It seemed fairytale perfect to him. In his past life before being cursed life was easy to turn into what he wanted. Now it was like he was the antagonist of his own story. He began to wonder if she was really going to even remember him a year from now. She admitted to him already that she would sleep around, play poker, and move on just to repeat and live without love. Did she really expect him to go back to his famiyl and be embraced loved and supported? He began to question how his family would even react. He reacted rather harshly to it happening to him what would amke his family any different? Before he could ponder on the subject much longer he founce Ciara moving toward him with asteady pace and pulling him down to her by his unbuttoned shirt collar. He kissed her deeply and he couldn't stop his hand as one gripped her side and the other cupped the sid eof her face gently. He felt his tongue agianst hers and yet another astonishing hours which really was only seconds had passed before he felt release. He took a deep breath of the sea air in and looked at her in shock. "What was that for?" He asked rather charmingly.

161682 Salem never actually took into consideration about how others felt. Even if his brother was a raving lunatic who only cared about himself he spoiled both Salem and Erin, a lot. Salem felt himself pinned to a wall and the breath was nearly knocked out of him. He struggled against the grip at first givne he couldn't see the face jsut yet int he darkness of night, but then it came into focus. It was reyna and naturally she was pissed. Salem glared at her, "I'm not hurting Kali's feelings. Okay, I am simply proving that I don't need teachers and babysitters to make sure me and my pwoers are in check...No wonder my brother became a Wra..." He stopped himself quickly. "None of you seem to understand that all I want is freedom and real responsibility. I'm so sick of being treated like some child who needs to be cared for. If that hurts Kali's feelings maybe she shouldn't waste her time on someone as pathetic as me." There would have been no point in screaming for help or even struggling past her. He figured his best option to get out of such a situation was to let it all out. All of his emotions which he tended to do a lot. He held very intense emotions given his power over vices and virtues.
Aug 03, 2015 11:59PM

161682 Salem could only nod to Reyna. He waited in silence for a minute before turning toward Kali. "So I take it that I have now met my two teachers, huh? A karate dog that feels no pain and a mother to lecture me on how pathetic I am and how to better myself who creates pain..." He rolled his eyes clear sarcasm spouting from his lips. "Good choice, really, you have out done yourself. From helping me through God only knows what and now putting me in a pit of snakes who wish to grind this me into pulp and make a man out of me. To beat it all they act nothing like Damien and don't have the right parts to be men themselves." Salem was annoyed at this point and he had no idea why. He stood up and turned to face Reyna, "Thanks for the advice but no thanks. You have your own story and your own past we all do, but guess what I can't handle mine. Yours may have been more horrible, but mine isn't something I can make myself stronger from. Hate to say it, but I'm weak and I'm fine being that way. Nevermind, you macho and in control people wouldn't get it." He was luckily wearing he hollister sweatpants and tennis shoes as he walked out slamming the door shut. He hated how people had to talk to him like he was still a child. He hated how he was the one who had to be taught so much more than everybody else. Why was he stuck having to be taught and watched over? He was perfectly capable of dealing with his own problems, it wasn't his fault that everyone had to be around when he faced his problems.

161682 Stefan stood far more abruptly than what his body could handle, but the dizziness didn't start entirely until he managed to catch up and grab Ciara's arm turning her to face him without a word he kissed her deeply. As he pulled back..."With putting my own words in the past, may I see you again? In a year? Back in Grievance Ridge?" He asked hoping for a yes, but expecting to be let down again. "I know that you won't let me love you and I won't have the opportunity to try, but I want to be able to see you again at least to simply be able to be near someone who I can touch entirely." Stefan said realizing quickly he was being selfish in all his acts and all his thoughts. It was never for anyone else's safety that they stayed from him, but he could not bare the thought of killing another person. He attempted suicide because he was unable to face his own immortality for what it is and unable to accept anyone would reject him so harshly. He blamed her and even before that he knew it was him. He was greedy with himself and he wanted only those he chose to have him. He was entirely vain. As though he were so important the world could do without him and yet he was far too perfect to have such a curse. His curse was the flaw in his vanity and it made him more human having it than he ever was before as a mortal. Hell was all that he believed could exist for him and now after dying and realizing that there was no Heaven or Hell for him it sort of humbled him that so many people had so much and even though he felt it would be impossible Ciara showed him that even he can enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

161682 Ash wrapped his arms around her very grateful and even though it was of no era he was used to he held er tightly and kissed the top of her head smiling. "I wonder who it is who needs the protecting. That is all I'm concerned about." He assured her with a smile. As he pulled from her he sensed the presence of the Hunters. It was only fifteen minutes after everyone had left that they edged near the cave of the Cavern. The fires were still lit. As the hunters entered guns ready they seemed entirely in shock to find it empty. That meant the other Witches got out safely before they could be sighted. One int he middle of the group called out, "Who tipped them off?!" They all looked aorund in shock. Then one spotted Ash and Florence. "There!" They all pointed there guns up at the two before firing. Ash held his hand up using his telekinesis he stopped the bullets all a hair from both him and Florence. "I would have liked to start this without violence. Please do have a seat and allow me to relieve you of your weapons." Still using telekinesis Ash pulled all weaponry from them and them at the Hunter's feet. "I rescued someone who I hope I may now call a friend. I discovered your plans and then I discovered my powers. Before, I was as any of you are now...powerless and naive to the changes that I could make. I have been immortal since the 1600's. I have watched and been apart of wars that the one you are trying to fight cannot compare to. There can only be death found where you seek it. This war that you strive to fight is not worth winning. Should you win you will have caused a genocide at such a level you will be seeking to kill one another because of your tainted bloodlines. I can account that each and everyone of you have Witch blood. There is no point in denying it or even searching it out. There is only ten percent on this entire Earth that can claim to be purely mortal. They are in fact not as you would desire for yourselves, either. That small percentage of mortals who are truly mortal are sickly and more likely to die before reaching the age of thirty than those who are tainted by Witch blood. As I gave the Witches who stood here only minutes ago a choice I shall too grant you with such a choice and perhaps later in the near future you will have lived long enough to make another choice that will not only save you lives but the lives of millions." He looked to FLorie for a moment then smiled, "You can live and you can attempt to continue your jobs or get on with a normal life that does not leave you with regrets or you may grab the weapons in front of you now and take aim at my heart. Florence is of no part of this as you may recognize her I have gained her support in this single matter. Can we both persuade you to see things as she has done too?" Some of the hunters appeared edgy as if waiting on a signal from a comrade to leap for their weapons. Unfortunately, out of the twenty, six did leap forward and as they took aim with their guns their bodies vanished into embers. Ash didn't even move for a moment. But it was him. "Do not worry your comrades are, currently, quiet safe. I transported them to Salem, in the sixteen hundreds. If they survive a few hours there without the accusation of being witches then they may return...However, if they fail to see the dangers that it may cause to simply be themselves they will die...And if they are as ignorant as I hope you are not they will attempt to kill the residence of Salem in order to ensure a large number of Witches are killed off in the future. However, I can turn back time. I can easily stop their ignorance. So as for you few who remain, tell your friends and let them know a new war is starting and you best be ready to choose sides that are not mortal against Witch but world against world." Ash flicked his hand forward as if it took little effort but more effort than before. All six returned one had smoking boots on and rope burn. Another had bruises on his neck and small rope burns on his wrist. The rest seemed to be soaking wet with the same rope burns on their wrist. "You see while two were to be burned and hanged the rest were being drowned to make confessions. Welcome to our lives. It isn't pleasant when you know you are as normal as anyone else and accused of being evil and put to death for such evil." The hunters nodded, "You may keep your weapons, but know the first to strike out against me or Florence and you all shall die." The hunters reacted a bit off. They ones who were sent back in time and back again seemed even more reluctant to stay any longer. The hunters filed out quickly almost as if frightened, but Ash smiled with the small joke they were hurrying to the army of hunters nearing to warn them. He knew far better. They were hoping Ash would be killed by the hundred other hunters who would come after them.

161682 For Stefan death seemed to be the only inviting aspect in life. He had grown closer to accepting it and he believed that perhaps if he was willing to die he would rather than forcefully die. Death seemed less gentle this time. He no longer felt trapped in his body, as he felt his soul leave. That was proof that a soul did indeed exist inside of him. Stefan seemed to be watching his entire life in fast forward. Perhaps now for each time he was going to drown his death would be different each time, not the means of death as he had expected it to just be drowning, but instead the aspect and sensation of death. Each one different and each one uniquely horrible. He saw his happy times as a child and then further on with his siblings and parents. Then his sexual activities. He then saw himself being cursed and the year that took place after. Suddenly it all went on pause. All he could see was Ciara. All he could hear was her voice, but not in some character. this voice he knew for some reason was in face hers. Perhaps death didn't sugar coat anything. It wanted him to relive what he lost that he never truly had to begin with. Her real voice seemed ancient with no true origin of accent. It was soft and melodic and one could not help but to be drawn in by it. He felt himself nearing it. Then he felt as though his chest was going to explode, but he didn't believe it possible with him being dead. He felt the rough sand against his skin the wet clothes sticking to his body, and the breath of another close by. He opened his eyes more fully and feeling as though for the first time he was seeing more clearly. He saw her and misery set in once more. He sat up only slightly pulling himself back from her in fear as though he was seeing a ghost. "Why did you do that?" He asked Ciara clearly frustrated with hismelf now that he couldn't even die eternally the right way. "I had it all planned. I was going to stay dead the way it is supposed to be. You said those you love or who love you die. If I'm dying forever then there is no time to even try to love you." He admitted far less hostile than before. "Why did you have to get my body?" He was unaware of how long it took to revive what felt like hours or days to him was only seconds. Immortality was only being tested now. Not only did he cause death to those around him, but he would feel such death forever and come back each time to feel it again differently. His body was learning to heal itself through immortality the first time, now it was testing it's own limits.

161682 Ash looked over the crowd hearing Florence. "If you truly feel that you must be inside of her mind to hear or see her thoughts and memories to know if this is true then look into mine. I will react harshly upon those who harm her or use their powers against her. Ash said rather cruelly. Ash struck out his hands as sand and wind swirled from one over the crowd and fire and water twisted out of the other. "I warn you now strengthen your barriers halt your rituals and leave! Leave now and save yourself and your relatives while you ahve the chance to do so. By order of the first Coven laws written by Isis and Hekate I command you as the Supreme Witch I am your leader over all Covens. Leave now and live to face the unters another day...I will be ordering a mass gathering of hierarchy within the week...We can make peace in this world and we will succeed doing so. Now go!" He closed his hands intno fist and the elements vanished as he pointed ot the exit. The familiars shifted itno their animal forms and raced out and the Witches followed. It took nearly twenty minutes for everyone to leave. They were awaiting Ash's summons. He turned placing a hand on Florence's shoulder, "Florie? It's over. I now await the hunters and give them the same choice I gave the Witches. Do you wish to stand with me still? I am already glad with what you ahve done now, but I must say it may not be safe for the hunters to see you and recognize your face." He warned her caring deeply.

161682 Stefan looked up seeing a clearing. Ciara hit a hard spot. He enver would be with anyone again. She only made that more clear to him and there was no point in trying to escape the inevitable. Stefan walked up the hill and reached the cliff clearing. It was too dark to make out who or what if anything was on the beach now, but he could have sworn even from this height he could make out his and Ciara's body prints in the sand. Stefan took a step closer feleling the strong winds of the sea brush against him. Ciara was right. He was never going to be with anyone he lost his chance with her and there was no point in living on. Perhaps even being immortal he could will himself to die. He was cursed to kill forever and after all he had been through perhaps healing was a fluke. If he hit the rocks and water just right his bones would break beyond healing and he would drown. He would revive but he would simply drown again because by that time his body would have drifted off out to sea. Eternal drowning wasn't half as bad as na eternity of living without anyone or anything be able to touch him. He wasted no time taking in one last breath of fresh air before his foot went forward and his body fell limp through the air. He steadied himself just in time to be narrow before he hit water. He felt a crack in his ankle then his arm and finally one hard wave shoved his head against a rock and he was out cold. The splash was rather large as bubbles moved form all around him foaming at the surface. Then the waves became stronger pushing in a high tide as he was knocked out fully taking in water without an conscious reality of it happening. He was lost in hsi ehad only seeing Ciara. touching ehr face softly to his. He was in love and only his subconscious knew it.

161682 Salem shook his head, "I don't want to control these powers. I don't want to use them. I want to be made mortal." He said rather flatly and truthfully. "If this is all I can do coming into my powers, cause pain for those around me, I don't want to be a Witch. Even if I learn control I can only hurt others. I'll never be able to do anythign good for anyone with what I can do. In the Coven they teach the kids about finding balance between what is light and dark and good and evil...I cna't find my balance and they would tell use that if we stayed in the dark and with what was evil we could only find committed we will be judged. I am ready to be judged. I am Ascending soon and I want to go ahead and be judged before my Ascension." Salem admitted even though no one was ever tested or judged unless willingly offering themselves to be or even if they desired a position of hierarchy without nomination. Damien was lucky to take his spot through nomination rather than judgement. He would have been trialed and sentenced to mortality or death.

161682 ((np, :) have fun!!! ))

Stefan was hurt and he didn't and couldn't want to full admit that he had been broken down by her in just a matter of twenty four hours. As he walked on he began to wonder if she was pushing it because she didn't want to get hurt in the end. He began to consider that she hurt him because she was afraid of the same happening to her in return, but she played so well that she didn't care Stefan began to ponder if she truly was heartless. She could still be alive and someone rip her heart out literally making her emotional heart toward mean simply fade entirely. So many thoughts ran through his mind as he walked he didn't realize he had walked completely off the trail and up toward the cliffs he just walked. He stopped nearly a hundred feet fromt he cliffs and fell to his knees hitting his fist agaisnt a tree hard as he came to realize that everything was becauseof him. He was stupid and stubborn and he pushed her away and made her turn into abitch because he accused her of being one. She wasn't...in fact she was the only person in this world he wanted to be with and she pushed him away just out of retaliation toward him pushing her away. No matter who was at fault he began to think that she wasn't heartless and he was simply selfish.

161682 ((gtg watching a movie then heading to bed 3:30am here))

Stefan glared at her completely, "I have no intention of hurting an innocent dog. However, if there was a moment that my touch could work on you...I would take it right now." He said stopping entirely. He still had the card in his hand and didn't look too keen on releasing it. The dog and made him nervous. He was fearful for it mroe than anything that if it touched him it could quiet possibly die or suffer a lot of trauma. "And how would you know what haivng your heart ripped out feels like? I'm sure you are old enough to say people married by having sex whether they wanted it or not. They had alot fo kids and the man always got what he wanted. No wonder you are so heartless and in such denial of your true self. I can see very plainly after jsut a few hours of knowing you that this is all a character. You are weak and vulnerbale on the inside and you couldn't take heart break half as well as feeling nothing at all. That's why you have so many characters. You say it is manipulation, but all I see is pain on the inside you are to ashamed to show. You know before when I was cursed I came to think that I was shallow for being so vain...Now I see who the shallow one is." His eyes were getting used to the dark only slightly now. "Go on...take your dog and let it see who the real people are as it keeps running from every character you make. The dog seems to be smarter than anyone else who has fallen into your web of lies. At least it knows I'm real. It is a shame to say that a bitch is doing better than you..." He shook his head and walked forward a moment making sure ot miss the rambunctious pup. He had no idea how to get back as it had been so long since he had even bothered exploring the town and everything had changed. Stefan wanted to turn aorund say he was sorry and beg for forgiveness, but deep down he truly began to wonder if that was what she expected. Al of those characters made it imposisble to tell which part of her in each of them was a real piece of Ciara and not some FBI agent, French homeless girl, Russian dominatrix, German independent, etc..

161682 Salem opened his eyes and the blood had rushed form his face making him pale as a ghost. He took in a deep breath tears streaming down his face. He didn't recognize Reyna at all but at that moment she was the kindest most motherly person in the world as he pulled her into a hug crying in gasps. He released her looking down at the ground as thoguh it were far mroe intriguing than anytihng and anyone else. "I'm sorry...really...I'm so sorry..." He huffed out with a few mroe tears. I lost control...I always lose control." He admitted painfully to himself more than the others. He looked to Kali and frowned, "You're bleeding...Did I do that? I'm so sorry Kali." He said pulling her into a hug or rather lenaing agianst her passed out body. "Please forgive me...please." He begged knowing that what he did was out of control and he was a hazard to those around him...especially Kali.

161682 Salem was in complete shock holding the car to his chest and realizing it was jsut another one of her characters..."You see what I mean. You cna't feel...You are nothing but a cold hearted bitch! You put up these walls and hide behind your characters. Maybe your own curse will end if you actually come to find how having a heart feels. Playing games with cards is one thing, but palying with hearts is only something a cruel and heartless creature does. I can't even imagine you as being human. What made that witch so interested in you was how much like a marble statue you are. Cold, heartless, and nothing but more stone underneath to be chipped away. Nothing human baout you even exist. I don't even understand how you can try to live. I tried opening myself up and all I found was being better off never meeting someone that I could finally touch...Hell I would have been happy with being able to touch a fly over you!" He shoved his socks and shoes on and grabbed his shirt and coat before alking into the woods. The cloud line then burst in a wave and made everything darkened into shadows. Stefan walked on unable to see anything. He felt tears refusing to fall build up in his eyes. He felt nothing but hurt. He knew how she was fromthe beginning what made him so stupid to think that she would act differently toward him was his own stupidity.

161682 Finally, the one memory that Salem had hid in the deepest darkest part of his mind rose to surface. The one part of his past that he wished for no one to ever see at any point. At first it was nice Dustin kissed him...Then in a blur it turned to rage and hate and Salem became Damien for a moment. In his own memories he replaced his own face with Damien's seeing only him. Forcing Dustin to feel sloth he had collapsed and in his made up version of horrible memories Salem saw hismelf pushing Dustin over the cliff isntead of trying to save him and failing. He made an act of murder and the memory was prjecting outward beyondd the house others who were asleep were dremaing it now. He shook violently unable to control it at all. There was no hope and no help. Damien became replaced back as Salem constantly bouncing ebtween the two and the memory was on replay letting dustin flip through hsi fingers and fall to his death and again as Salem shoving him off jsut as easily.

161682 Stefan nodded in understanding at first, "Yeah...I guess so..." Then it went back to the immortality thing, "But what if...Given we are both immortal...what then? How can your curse affect me if at all? Really, you can't say that you felt nothing from this apart from pleasure. If you do then you are lying to me and yourself." His quick temper was starting to show. "You know what nevermind. I should have expected this much from someone like you. Play your games, play you queens and play your hearts. You are nothing but a fake and a character. The real you probably hasn't even existed since you were cursed. It's pointless even talking about it." He got up leaving his underwear behind and walking rather quickly back up to the vehicle, "I should have realized I was being played like a game. No wonder you were cursed. You can't love so why bother trying to avoid something that you never knew how to do in the first place." He said rather bluntly jerking his pants off of the hood of the car and shoving his leg in them.

161682 Salem was shaking all over. His memories became stronger and given that they were not made up memories implanted in their minds but his own it left a sharp and piercing ringing in his own and everyone else's ears. It was as though murder was being relieved each second with each breath. He couldn't even hear Kali at this point with his worst memories shining through. Being attacked by the boys inthe locker room, the guardian that Damien drained of all her blood, the High Priestess burning her essence away willinging in fornt of him. Finally, he shook his head side to side, "I'm sorry...I'm sorry...I'm sorry!!!" Thunder shook the house lightening flashed in every direction in a constant and lasting streak. Salem shook violently his own powers overwhelming hsi body as he went into a seizure shaking as hsi eyes rolled into the bakc of his head he fell limp. the memories of pain evne a simple bee sting became amplified as the worst pain imaginable. IT was like his memories were being projected on a big screen and the sound was only screeching and everyone was forced to watch adn listen mroe and more on repeat and fast forward.
