Damien nodded walking in and Eli entered the sitting room and stood in the doorway. "When did you get a Familiar, Damien Devereux?" He asked surprised that Damien would take on anyone other than himself as a companion. "Last I saw, you were pushing against the Coven and wanting to leave Grievance for good." He was very curious as to how much Damien had changed. Damien could only smirk for a moment before becoming more serious. "I have settled a lot. I am High Priest of the Grievance Ridge Coven now and I am going to marry my Familiar who is pregnant with my children or child...I am still trying to figure that situation out. I could have sworn I heard two very distinct heart...never mind. It's nice to see you Elijah. I want to get this over with as quickly as possible. Kali I presume you have potion ingredients. Potions have never been my forte but I think I can handle this one. Do you mind if I use your kitchen? I need the closest thing you have to a cauldron. Modern times make it hard to come by the real thing without some brass or iron lining." He said rather rushed pushing the subject of kids and his siblings as far to the back of his mind as possible to ensure the spell is concentrated on hard enough to make the bond powerful between them. The spell between him and Variel was performed by a half-backed High Priestess she was never fully realized even in her position she was just coming into her powers and still learning. Damien wanted Kali's bond to be greater than his with Variel.

Yeah every power no matter how similar to another Witch it might be is never the same. One may have telepathy, but they may only be able to read minds by touch while another Witch with the same ability will only be able to read minds from those who are sleeping.

Cedrik raised his eyebrows at her. "I would think someone who is next to my own age would understand the perks of being immortal. I do not need nor do I require mortal sustenance to survive. I require blood and death to remain alive...and sacrifice. I need no food." He assured her with a kind smile. He walked a step closer, "So tell me where might I find the high school of Grievance Ridge and where might I be seated best to avoid unwanted Coven attention?" He asked ready to gather souls soon. He felt his own lifeforce being drained and it was no good experience.

@Sav, As far as plot goes I didn't want people sinking into a basic set theme, anything can happen. In personal opinion were it a book you would need not only a theme to set the story in and a setting but you need a major plot. For me rp is different. The more someone is restricted to a plot the more they will push for the plot to be unveiled and completed which usually leaves groups hanging out to dry as members pass on with boredom. As for the direction things are going right now. Ash is the next Supreme High Priest. The ruler of all Witches. Ash is pushing against an enemy named Damien who is a Wraith and now sides are being chosen for a grand battle that will decide the fate of the new world order. Damien like many Witches and Wraiths feels that mortals belong under them. Ash recently came out to the entire world on live television that Witches do exist and magically concocted small free books worldwide informing mortals of the basics of Witches and their enemies and how mortals have nothing to fear. With war approaching Ash feels he must have the support of the world behind him because he knows that Damien is far more resourceful.

Damien nodded, "I have no clue who could have taken her, but I know they want Ash dead." Shaking his head quickly, "We have other issues to see to first. Kali are you sure you and Eli are both ready for this? It is a huge commitment to bond souls together. You are risking a lot of your darker parts being revealed." Damien warned them both.

Eli simply nodded, "I'm ready and I feel that Kali is too. She needs a Familiar...I need a Witch to become one. I'm willing to make the sacrifice." He said ready to pledge his soul to Kali's survival.

@Sav, Things are pleasant. I am working nearly every day this week and having no rest periods but before my work hours I am able to be active on here. I was missing in action for a while nearly two months, but I have come back victorious lol...I've been pushing activity in this group especially. I really have enjoyed making it and developing the plot with so many wonderful role-players. So I hope you hang around long enough to enjoy it. :)

Hello Savannah long time no see. How are things?

Damien knocked on the door Variel in tow with him. "Hopefully they haven't already started without us." Damien turned to Variel with his mischievous smirk. "I hope they know we have to perform the ritual before the sexual part can commence but hey whatever makes them feel good." He tried joking pushing off subject of Erin being captured by unknown enemies and God only knows what has become of her.

Eli nodded in understanding. "I see, so you are the last true Seer born with the Sight and are pushing Salem to be blessed with the sight should something ever happen to you." He was catching on, but what bothered him now was her eagerness to seek out a kid with no true foretelling gifts to replace her and be trained as a Seer before even being blessed with the Sight. "Would it not be smarter to pick someone with greater physical abilities to become the net Seer so they can defend themselves? I mean Salem may have some form of mental abilities, but what will happen if he is killed?" He asked cautiously. "You are in need of a Familiar for the reasoning that your powers are mental based and unable to afflict anyone physically enough to defend yourself. This isn't my own wording of course...It is what Damien informed me of. If you haven't learned yet I am a very curious person. I suppose it was curiosity that killed the cat. My curiosity led to me challenging my Coven's law and in the end I was reduced to being a Sleepwalker." He didn't know why he was saying something Kali already knew. He just felt better knowing he said it aloud to her rather than her tearing through his memories for the information.

Eli nodded as he took it all in. "I see and what of the Seer before you? How did he die? What about your parents was so mental?" He asked curiously, but at the same time cautiously. "Sorry, you don't have to answer that. I'm sure it is personal." Eli knew that everyone had privacy boundaries even a Seer who was unable to give others their own. He downed his head for a moment thinking. Then finally looked back up at her, "Salem is to replace you one day? He isn't gifted with mind reading or anything like that is he?" Eli began to question if he could read minds too. That bothered him a bit to think Salem could and didn't tell him.

Eli focused his undivided attention on Kali once more. He thought hard about his first question. He accepted that there was nothing he could say about himself that she didn't already know. He began to ponder the situation hard. "How long have you lived in Grievance Ridge?" He asked submissively. He then began to construct his next few questions in the back of his mind. "When did you become a Seer? When did you join this Coven or were you born into it? What made you push to become a Seer rather than an Elder or something?" Eli was quite curious about her life. He wanted to know what made her strong, but even more importantly he wanted to know what made her weak and vulnerable.

Alex gave an almost human nod of understanding to Max but he wasn't about to leave her to fight alone. He wasn't one to back out of a fight if someone was going in headstrong he was going in with them. He then smelled the air again and the scent of magic lingered. Either the hunters had a Witch held captive or a Witch was walking unsuspectingly into a trap themselves. The scent was familiar. He smelled the air once more and he placed the scent. It was that annoying kid who thought so highly of himself. What was his name? Salmon? Houston? Dakota? Samson? Slim? Whatever it was Alex was willing to let that kid get caught. He wasn't one to save those who thought they were so entitled to power.

Cedrik's clever smirk that would have gladly granted him the name Loki in the old days simply faded to sympathy. "What is on your mind that feeds my hunger? You are thinking of death and pain and sorrow. Go on...What is it?" He asked very forwardly. He had no reason to hold anything back. She was of no threat to him. In fact the only person here in this speck of a town that was a threat was Damien Devereux and the High Priestess of the Grievance Ridge Coven. Few others could stand a chance against him...Oh and not to let the half-baked Supreme High Priest fall short he may last five minutes in a match against someone who drew strength from pain.
