Just posted my review for His Majesty's Dragon. I will definitely have Words of Radiance finished by the end of the month and I am hopeful that I can finish The Shadow of What was Lost.

Great! And no worries. I do that a lot too.

I think a lot of our current participants are new, so I don't think it would be too much of a repeat. And I think it was all done individually last time, so this could be a team thing.

Do you think we should do another resolutions challenge for January? Or something different?

We can definitely help you out on calculating things and such. It changes a little depending on the challenge, but we can determine that as we go.

As far as tracking, excel would probably be helpful. I usually use some kind of comment system within the team threads. For the challenges where categories can be repeated, I usually don't track them.
