As long as we've agreed on the word and placement beforehand either the person who submits the final letter, or whoever notices and is willing to do it can submit.
What do we think about placement? It's been years since I played scrabble so I can't remember the best strategy, but I'm guessing we try and put the highest scoring letters in line with a double/triple point spot.
I'm thinking starting on 6H going down, so we get double points for the letter Y
