Nonna is annoying because she has all this info and was trying to protect her family but also not really doing a very good job if she didn't actually tell them the issues? like what did she do to Greed that got her throat slashed in her own kitchen?? also, i feel like Emilia could be utilizing Wrath way better. i mean he's trapped in a circle of bones for days and can't hurt you. feels like the best person to make a deal with, as opposed to wandering into another brother's casino? and now she's been bitten by a venomous thing without even looking up the antivenom. seems foolish. i've been struggling through book 1 and it seems that's not unusual for the series lol

i felt that too, since i stopped at book 4 but i decided to go back through. i didn't even think of looking up a synopsis or cliff notes version lol

i don't think i'll be getting to Heir of Fire this month; February really flew!
