I was in the middle of stalking a mountain lion that had strayed to far from home. I was just about to pounce, when suddenly I heard a singing in the distance. I held still to listen while my prey kept sniffing around unsuspecting. Hmm. Sounds far off yet really loud. Lovely too. I decided to finish hunting then find Drew. We could try to see where it was comeing from. I rushed down and quickly dispatched the beast. Less pain for them always made me feel better.

I dashed off into the wilderness surounding Beth and John's house, looking for Drew. I found him dangling from a tree reading a large book.

"Hey, Vi." he said without looking down. "What's up? Have a nice hunt?"

I climbed up the tree and sat next to vertical form. "Yeah. Did you hear that singing?" He looked up, repositioned so that he was sitting by me, and closed the book without bothering to place a bookmark in it.

"No. I was concentrated on this book. Let's see now..." He closed his eyes and listened. "Doesn't sound too far off. Want to see where it's comeing from?" He had a mischevious look in his scarlet eyes. (Note: It's only been like three days since they woke from the conversion, so yeah)

I pretended to think, then dashed off in the direction I had heard the beautiful singing.

I didn't have to do my MRI today and I'm happy!

I'm not going anywhere this week. Except the hospital to which I say I already know the nurses, and I'm not saying hi to the old people there. They talk creepily to me.
