the good old-fashioned way is getting audiobook cds. but i get them on the library app on my phone (overdrive) and download. then plug and play :)
oh good, let's cross those off the list twenty times with a red marker. phew. glad we got those out of the way :PI LIKE THIS IDEA THOUGH. for this one i just searched for books on the "worst books" lists and looked for ones rated less than 3.5. what are some good bad books we can suffer through?
I put down Hyperbole and A Half. it said something like that in the goodreads topics next to it so i jumped on that :)
:/ i did some searching. i probably won't use any of these, but there is a Living Dead option for me so i will probably do some of those. Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty
North and South by John Jakes
War and Peace
the best idea i have for this is Wicked Lovely. but i don't think that really counts. what are some ideas you guys have?
yeah, that's a good idea. i have so many of those specific ones left to figure out, seeing other lists could be inspiring. like "antonyms in the title"? wat.
i'll post mine when i have it all typed up!
hahaha, there's so much smut set in houston, i can't believe it. but thanks for this, i am definitely sifting through the list right now.
well you can't really do that on goodreads, the list part at least. i am just putting them on the bookshelf "2015 reading challenge" and then within the review i'll note which one it was supposed to fulfill. my actual list is separate from goodreads.any other ideas?
hmm. for that, i thought that i could read a new series that is complete (Nameless [Tales of Beauty & Madness, #1] is on my TR and matched those standards) just because it felt more fun/fresh that way. i'd say start a new series, just one that's not too long and easy to get a hold of :) but idk what everybody else is doing.
what are you guys doing about - book set in your hometown (personally not interested in a Houston urban tragedy, are we replacing this one altogether?)
and
- book set somewhere you've always wanted to visit (and does Hogwarts count?)
just throwing this out there, i'm recording mine under "2015 reading challenge."also it sucks that the pop sugar one is a pdf, i'll have to type all mine out on...excel? lol.
EDIT: changed my shelf to "popsugar 2015 challenge" - it was too close to the 2015 debut challenge shelf i already had haha
