I agree with Rosemarie. Ibsen's plays have sometimes violent scenes but they are not disturbing in my opinion. Hedda Gabler comes to my mind.

153021 Oh, this is too bad, Rosemarie. It was the only book I could find of the author, so I bought it. Now I feel a bit uneasy to read it. I can endure confusion but not violence.
153021 Great! I'm hoping to continue Barsetshire series from the 4th Chronicle onward.
153021 We have an exciting announcement to make. Since there seems a general interest in reading Anthony Trollope, we've decided to do a year long Trollope next year, covering his Barsetshire and Palliser series. Each have six novels so we could easily schedule them from January to December. I don't think we've read Trollope as an author before, so this will be a nice opportunity to try some of his famous novels.

I'm very excited to do this. Let us know what you think.

I've read upto Dr. Thorne as well, Jenna. Dr. Thorne is my favourite Trollope so far.
