What did you read this week? It's Not About Perfect: Competing for My Country and Fighting for My Life

This memoir is devoted to...Shannon Miller's memoir about gymnastics and cancer.

Did you enjoy the book? Yes.

Did you learn something interesting about life or people? Yes. I grew up watching Shannon Miller compete at the Olympics and so it was interesting to read about it and how they helped her battle with cancer.

What did you read this week? The Art of Racing in the Rain

What kinds of nonhuman characters are in the book? A doy (Enzo).

Did you enjoy the book? Yes, I don't know why I didn't read this when it came out. It was great.

Would you recommend this title? Yes.

I'm reading out of order and just started this book yesterday. I'm about a quarter of the way through it. I'm loving it so far. I wonder why I haven't read it sooner.

What did you read this week? All the Light We Cannot See

Did you enjoy the book? Yes, the descriptions were amazing.

Do you think the book deserved an award? Absolutely.

Are your interested in reading another Pulitzer winner? Possibly. After looking at the list the play I read was a winner and I liked it.

This book had bad reviews on here and was available at my local library. I have never ready anything by Alice Sebold, but had heard good things about The Lovely Bones. This book never did flow and the ending was terrible.

I start this on Saturday and so far I'm really enjoying it.

This was a good book, quick and a light read for me. I'm skipping around and had just finished Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption and needed something on the light side.

What did you read this week? Unbroken: A World War II Story of Survival, Resilience, and Redemption

What was the subject of the book? Based on World War II experience of Louis Zamperini.

Did you enjoy the book? Yes

Tell us something true about this story. This was based on Louis Zamperini's World War II experience as a POW, it was very interesting. Not something I would have normally read.

Did you enjoy the book? Yes!

Do you come from a family where people like reading? My mom and one brother and I love reading. My dad and other brother don't like it as much as we do.

I read this one a while back. Its an in between book of a series she writes, so it was a quick read, which was perfect for me and for this challenge.

How did you choose this book? I receive updates about books that come out and I knew this book was getting ready to come out so I skipped week 5 so I could have this book ready.

I'm reading out of order and knew this book was coming out and so I skipped week 5 so I could save this book for this week. I really like Lisa Scottoline and this book did not disappoint. It was great!

I chose this book for this week. I grew up watching Shannon Miller compete in both Olympics and remember thinking how great she was. It was a fun read for me.

I'm reading this for week 24 too. The cover is very catching.
