Just wanted to say hello and just checking in and see how everybody is doing with everything that is going on right now. I am definitely feeling a lot of anxiety with this all, especially after what happened with my daughter last year. But I have been trying to stay focus and relax and not read too much news. Books are definitely helping me a lot and this group make me smile.

This was a good book, it was a nice easy read. I really like reading f her books, I am slowly reading thru her backlist.

I really love this series. I really need to continue this series. It is a pretty funny series.

I used to read a series by Debra Webb many years ago. I will have to see if my library has this new series.

1. How did you do with your goals for the year?
I did alright with my goal. I read 21 books, so I didn't finished my goodreads challenge this year, but there is always next year!

2. What were your most outstanding series that you read during the year?
Lisa Jackson - Expecting to Die - Great series, can't wait to read the next one in 2020.
Four to Score - Janet Evanvoich - A great funny series. Love it.
Rapture in Death - J.D Robb - Love this series. I don't think I will ever finish the series though.

3. What were your most favorite books read (series and standalone)?
My favorite book this year is 11/22/63 by Stephen King. It was such a great book and it was a different book then I normally read so I really like it and it was a very long book but didn't feel like it!

4. What were you the most proud of accomplishing this year?

I was just happy that I actually read some of my series that I wanted to more. I am hoping in 2020 to continue reading my series and some standalones too .

Hope everybody has a great new year. This year is really hard for us so we are keeping it low key and staying at home. This group has really help me though this hard time. Reading has help me so much too.

Goals for next year:

Read 25 books
Read more books in series I read
Read at least 5 books in cozy mystery genre
