151076 I finished Tailspin by Sandra Brown . This book was really slow at the beginning but then it is got good in the middle. I didn’t enjoy it as much as the other two books by her that I read. I would give it 3.5/5

3. Did you move forward in any series (that you didn’t complete or finish)? How many? I move forward in 3 series.
- The Elm Creek Quilt series - It was ok book, not sure if I am going to continue the series or not
Bishop/SCU by Kay Hooper - Love this book and this series. Can't wait to read more
Shopoholic series by Sophie Kinsella - This is such a fun series, it is silly but I like that sometimes when reading.

4. Any standout or 5 star books read? Why did you love it/them?
My favourite book of this book would have to be Hiding in the Shadows. It was a great book, it had lots of suspense. I really love the book. I can't wait to continue the series. This is a reread series for me but I am still enjoying it.

Yes it is just a upgrading course right now so I can get into my office admin/ bookkeeping college program in Sept.

2. Did you start any new series? If so, what were they? Will you continue? I read Country Heaven. I think I will continue this series one day. I would give it 4 out of 5. Country Heaven (Dare River, #1) by Ava Miles

I enjoy Country Heaven. It was a nice easy read.
5. Overall summary of your reading month?
My reading month was really slow this month, just one book. With my school work needing to be finished by end of the April. My reading is slowly down a bit expect for a novel study for my class.

151076 It has been a slow reading month. I finished Country Heaven (Dare River, #1) by Ava Miles . I enjoyed it. I would give it a 3/5.

I started The Sugar Camp Quilt and also reading Fahrenheit 451 for my English class.

Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells - I will continue the series
Cat in Trouble mysteries series - I will continue that as well.

I really enjoy Christmas at Claridges, it was slow going at the beginning and then it got good - 4/5 and I like my cozy mystery series which I gave a 4.

151076 Finished another book. The Cat, the Vagabond and the Victim (A Cats in Trouble Mystery, #6) by Leann Sweeney . Great cozy mystery. Definitely will read more of this series. 4/5.

I am now reading System Red by Martha Wells.

151076 1. How did you do with your goals for the year?

I did pretty well with my goal this year.
My goals for 2020 were as followed:
Read 25 books - I read 35 books, so I definitely did really well on that goal!
Read more books in series I read - I advance in 10 series by only one book each, but that is still good.
Read at least 5 books in cozy mystery genre - I read 6 books in cozy mystery genre, which is better than the year before.

2. What were your most outstanding series that you read during the year?
1: Ceremony in Death - Great addition to this series. It was different than the usual ones, but I still enjoyed it
2: The Third Victim - This book had lots and lots of twists and turns. I am really enjoying this series and I can't wait to read more of this series.
3: Stealing Shadows - Love Love this book. I forgot how much I really enjoy this author. It has everything that I like in a thriller book.

3. What were your most favorite books read (series and standalone)?
Summer at Tiffanys was a great book, it was a nice easy read, but it had a lots of emotions to it and I really enjoy getting to see the characters again from the other book.

4. What were you the most proud of accomplishing this year?
Being able to finished the goodreads book challenge ahead of time was a big accomplishment for me. 35 books might not seem a lot but for me it made me feel great.
