"On page 62, Soteriology is seen as a task of recovery or retrieval, a clearing process that brings to light what is already present though temporarily and adventitiously obscured. It emphasizes, in the words of Paul Ricoeur, "mind's attempt to recover its power of thinking, acting and feeling-a power that has, so to speak, been buried or lost-in the knowledge, practices, and feelings that exteriorize it in relation to itself."" — Feb 08, 2026 02:55AM
