He held her close as they kissed

He then cupped the side of her face and kissed her

"I could put it out in the news that we are looking for him" he said

"Are you doing this by yourself?" He Asked

"Hunt in a big city how will you do that?" He asked

"What are you thinking of doing?" He asked

Marcus went to another safe house and settled in for the night

Peeta approached Katniss "how's it coming along" he said

Soon Marcus was on the move again and heading back in to the city.

Marcus was in the bunker but he only planned to be there for a bit

Peeta joined her as they left the prison "did you get what you were looking for?" He asked

"They call him phantom because he blends and you gotta watch who's around you" he said

The soldier sighed "look I don't really like you much but I don't like him either he killed my friends he wiped out my whole company now how is someone going to just let that go I want him dead just as much as you do but if you were going to fight him you have to think outside the box right now he is two steps ahead of you he knows where to hit you and you're still trying to figure out where he's coming from or who he is you have to think like him you have to think outside the box break a couple rules you have to get the job done" he said

"Look you are fighting a different kind of war you are finding an insurgency this is Guerrilla warfare something you should be familiar with he's using your tactics but the thing is he mastered his own Kind of guerrilla warfare and you are going to have to learn how to fight it because if you don't everything you worked for Will be destroyed" he said

"Newsflash sweetheart there will never be peace that's how the world works we are humans we can never be at peace no matter how much we try we will never be at peace because we will always be trying to kill each other" he said

He slammed his hands on the table "who you are doesn't matter he will destroy you everything you love everything you stand for he will use it and destroy it and he will do it from the shadows and trust me when I say this the shadows are everywhere" he said

"You don't get it do you......you don't understand who you are up against" he said "this man killed my entire company by himself" he said

"Dear god we're all gonna die" he said fear in his eyes

"He's come back hasn't he" he said
