Neptune Rising’s comments from the Veronica Mars Book Club group.

I think ending the book with a Skype session between Logan and Veronica, and her making a point of saying she wouldn't miss it was a good sign... I hope. :D

Was anyone surprised that Veronica invited Leo to the party? Did anyone else have a little bit of the "uh-oh" feeling when she was talking about him being there, and how much her dad likes him, and how easy it is?

Do you think with Marcia's military connections, it may be possible for her and Logan to cross paths in some way?

I think Dan Lamb has run his course, but maybe there's a Lamb cousin who will run against Marcia Langdon in the next election. :D

But I am curious about her mystery!

Veronica goes to pay Grace a visit, to let her know they finally got Bellamy. Are you surprised that she seems almost happier now, even though she had to drop out of school and is waitressing full time?

I think this part of the story was probably essential in assuring Bellamy was convicted....but sad nonetheless!

Was anyone surprised she set Bellamy up with Sweet Pea, knowing he'd like be beaten to a bloody pulp? Or did the end justify the means? BTW - you've probably already discussed this, but Sweat Pea? Am I the only one who finds this name hilarious?!?
