This one was really enjoyable until one of the tropes I hate in contemporary romances occurred, but I think others would enjoy it unless they hate that trope too.

Just read Romancing the Scot (The Pennington Family, #1) by May McGoldrick. It was an enjoyable historical romance, good for people who prefer when their HR focuses more on the historical aspect.
