Can you describe star blood waffles?

Name: Clary Bowie ( she is not related to the singer but I just thought of the name. She does not have a nickname yet.
Age: 15
Hobbies: Playing piano, baking, archery, making clothes and designing them, and painting.
What are they like: They're resilient, a bit stubborn, tough on the outside but softer on the inside, sarcastic most of the time, and loyal, and smart.
Species: Vampire. Pale skin and feeds of off blood ( mostly animals ). Yellowish eyes sometimes red. Can go outside while UV but can hurt.
Any random fact: She paints very vivid and colorful paintings, even though she dresses most of the time in black. She can also be very persuasive and is good at winning arguments.

I was thinking that everyone can make a character and then make different scenarios, like in a bookshop, an apocalypse, or a haunted house. Or from books like Hogwarts, camp half-blood etc.. Does that sound good?
