Welcome to the National Library of Skylands. It stores over 1 million books, which are most available for everyone ( if you have a library card, of course ). It's located almost at the center of Skylands near the National Museum and the art center. It has three floors of which the first two are open to everyone, and the 3rd floor is restricted and requires a special permit to enter.
