Thanks, Di! Yeah, I was feeling good about being carded, even though our server nay have hust been trying to gwt a good tip. Lol! J was glad the Cowboys won but he's worried about Micah Parsons injury.

After my one drink I was done for. I'm such a lightweight. It was a strawberry lemoncello margarita. Delish! And very strong.

Now we are home. Jerrick is watching this stupid game. Trying his best to pretend he's not getting mad at the Cowboys. 😩

Oh well, we still had a nice day. But what a difference a year makes. Last year we were in Jamaica. TAKE ME BACK!

I read this sweet book yesterday- I'm posting it here because it is Christian romance. That's a little diverse, for most of us, I guess. Also, Black MCs

I'm rereading . It's better the second time around. I actually understand what's happening better. It's very atmospheric. Very good for spooky season.

I read a Christmas book yesterday too. LOL . I was good. A Christian romance only a few kisses. Second chance for romance, sports, and a single mom. It was short and a little rushed, but a good start to Christmas reads.

Same on both of these, LE. I didn't hate just for the summer, but I didn't love it either. I read James too, and I've never read Huck Finn.

I made Mexican chicken and rice soup last night. It was so good. I don't really have a recipe, but it is basically chicken tortilla soup, but I put in rice and left off the tortilla chips.
