Hey everyone! I had the most stressful day at work. I'm so glad I don't have to work tomorrow!

But yeah, just like Fabi it's still hot here though it was in the 50s this morning. And the humidity has been low. The AC is still on.

I have been so out of the loop with baseball this season. Since we ditched DTV we haven't been able to watch many games at all because so many teams are with Bally Sports and they are CRAP! I think they are in some type of financial situation. Anyway, Hulu doesn't carry them and we just didn't do the MLB subscription. I know the playoffs are on regular networks, but I just haven't been into it. Which is CRAZY for me.

Yeah, for sure. It was like a gradual thing. Especially knowing how far Tess comes in her thinking. She learned to judge his character. Not what he is or his reputation.

I really liked the narrator too! And that could definitely play a part.

It was 8 years and 1 day since I read this one. I think I'm a more mature reader now. LOL

Just finished. I absolutely LOVED! I think I'm going with 5 stars. I can't believe I'm going to go from 3 to 5. Just goes to show mood plays a big part in enjoying a book. Admittedly this was a little bit of a filler story, but I loved Tess and Xavier. ESPECIALLY Xavier. The poetry. He's such a romantic. 💓💓💓

I'm on Ch 15 in the audiobook.
