I feel like every time I watch the news the past couple of weeks there is bad new about NYC. But I think that is all the time and I'm just noticing it so much more right now.

Amy, I would still be nervous about that too. I was in choir in HS. Every time we went on trips my parents would be chaperones. My dad was a driver for Coach USA, so he drove our bus and chaperoned some boys and my mom chaperone a group of us girls. So clearly I got the hover/worry parent tendencies naturally. But honestly I always liked them being there. My parents were cool-ish. LOL

I listened to a short sample of this one. It sounded very fun! I'll probably get to it next week. 🤞🏽

Happy Monday everyone! I'm so happy this is finals week, then Christmas break!!! Plus Chris is graduating Friday then off the NYC Sunday. Yep, I am super nervous about that. This time he is going with friends. No adult supervision at all... I know he's going to be fine. I'm just being a mama.

This was super cute. I loved it!

I finished my pick. . It was fine... my mood may have been off for this one. But it was okay. ✔️ It's off my list.

I like this. A good teist on a Christmas novel. I have about 3 hrs left in the audiobook.

Yep... The police are at this neighbor's house somewhat frequently though. Not often an ambulance though.

Y'all, there is an ambulance and police cross the street at my neighbor's house tonigh. But the police are over there often. I think they are drug dealers... But I hope they're okay.

I forgot to come back and talk about this one. I loved it. It focused less on the household and more on the two of them. Still a slow burn. Loved both characters.
