He kneeled down to get on her level, grabbing her by the chin to force eye contact."I said shut it, you hear me?"

he starts to dial the phone.

"How about instead of doing something that could possibly get you arrested, no matter how logical it may seem, we actually report this?"
"No, you're not."He offers a hand to help her to her feet.
He wrestles her hand from Victoria's hair."Leave her alone."
"What does that have to do with anything?"
"Stop that!"He gets a hold of her.
He eventually rips her hands off, panting heavily.
